held at the Newton Park Swimming Pool
in Port Elizabeth
in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality area of the
Eastern Cape Province
from the 20th to the 23rd of March 2019.
The SAMS Open Water Championships were held
at the Marina Martinique in Jeffreys Bay on the 20th.

the 3Km and the 1Km events at the SAMS Open Water Championships. Points
scored in the 3Km event are double those scored in the 1Km event.
